My Client, is one of the most established and forward thinking law firms in the North West. Their success is built upon delivering knowledge and legal expertise to there clients and they are currently looking for a Fee Earner or an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to assist with Commercial and Residential Conveyancing files at their Prenton office.

The role involves supporting and assisting fee earners in the department in carrying out their duties. Specific duties will include providing accurate commercial property law advice to clients, assist with a caseload of Commercial Property files methodically and efficiently and in accordance with the firm's procedures and to deal with Residential Conveyancing files as and when necessary.

The ideal Candidate would have Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing Background with experience managing the progression of cases from inception to completion whilst utilising a case management system.

Salaries are Competitive and dependant on the candidate.
