Solicitor

Solicitor, Health & Safety team London. 2-3 years’ PQE of Criminal Regulatory and/or Health and Safety defence.  Criminal regulatory matters within Health and Safety. Highly regarded Health and Safety Team that sits within the wider Liability Division.

About the role.

Widely acknowledged as one of the leaders in the field, our Health and Safety team has extensive experience in work-related criminal investigations, giving practical advice, often in the immediate aftermath of a workplace accident or incident. As a Solicitor you will be Defending Regulatory, manslaughter and corporate manslaughter prosecutions. This includes representation at inquests and public Inquiries. Type of Clients are Public utilities, Rail, Healthcare, Public service, Local authority, Construction, Manufacturing and retail, Agriculture

About you.

Qualified Solicitor, or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience. Strong Academics with post qualification experience of Criminal Regulatory and/or Health and Safety defence work.
