The ambitious Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload which may comprise of residential leases; equity release; mortgages and re-mortgages; sales and purchases; transfer of ownership; declarations of trust; buy-to-let; new-build purchases and; shared ownership properties.  The successful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will proficiently converse with lenders and estate agents on a regular basis.  Ideally, you will also contribute to business development and keep up to date with the current market place.  Our client offers in return a competitive salary and attractive bonus with genuine long-term career prospects.  Please contact Jonathan for further information quoting reference JB26323.

You will be a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
You will have solid expertise in Residential Conveyancing.
You will be highly client focused with a keen eye for detail.
You will have a flair for business development.
You will have excellent communication skills.
