Conveyancing Assistant

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, York

A large multi service firm is expanding the conveyancing team and is looking to recruit a residential conveyancing paralegal for their York office. The role will involve assisting a licensed conveyancer on their full case load of files across sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership etc.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal/legal assistant with a minimum of 6 months conveyancing experience as the firm likes to promote, progress and develop their staff so there is plenty of scope for progression and support for CLC/ILEX etc qualifications.

It is essential that you have experience of working on or assisting on residential conveyancing matters so if you have the relevant experienced please apply as your application will be considered immediately.

Salary is dependant on experience.
