The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Senior Solicitor to join their prestigious St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Corporate and Commercial department is ranked in the Legal 500, it is one of the largest departments in the firm. It has grown in recent years, and deals with a very interesting mix of industry sectors. You will deal exclusively with top quality London work, working alongside a highly team, many of which have come from a City background. The caseload will include; Mergers and acquisitions, Joint ventures, Commercial contracts, Licensing agreements, Outsourcing agreements, Shareholder agreements, Exporting, importing and international trade agreements and Manufacturing agreements.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have broad Corporate Commercial experience, you should have good technical knowledge
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
