The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their prestigious St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Commercial Property department is currently heavy on the Senior end, and the junior end, however they are lacking. Nearly all of the work that they deal with is London based work for a client base of HNW individuals, FTSE 250 clients, entrepreneurs, OMB and Developers. They are ranked highly in the Legal 500 for Commercial Property, it is a strength of the firm. You will deal with a varied caseload which will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord & tenant, Commercial leases, Property finance, Investment, and Development work.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between 4-8 years PQE
• You will have broad Commercial Property experience, you should have good technical knowledge
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
