The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Senior Associate / Partner to join their prestigious West End, London based office.

The Property Litigation department is experiencing growth due steady increased workflow over the last 12 months. You will deal exclusively with top quality work, working alongside a highly team, many of which have come from a Top 20 City backgrounds. The client base is broad and spans many different sectors, this will make for a more interesting role. You will deal with very high value Residential and Commercial property matters. The caseload will include; Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, Dilapidations and disrepair claims, Lease renewals, Forfeiture and repossession claims, Breach of covenant and third-party rights.

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have broad Property Litigation experience, you should have good technical knowledge
• You should have strong experience of dealing with high-value disputes
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
