Property Associate Solicitor

This role will offer a broad variety of Residential and Commercial Property work acting for a prestigious client base. The firm is seeking a Property Associate Solicitor to join this flourishing West End, London office.

You will support two highly experienced Partners dealing with a high-quality caseload of HNW Residential Property and Commercial Property, Enfranchisement and secured lending. This role will have a real variety to the work, making for a much more interesting role. You will deal with your own caseload while assisting the partners. You will get good client contact and will be well supported.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Property Solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE
• You will ideally have experience in Residential and Commercial Property, although if you are stronger on one side than another, then this is fine
• Experience of dealing with Enfranchisement would be to advantage
• You should have excellent communication skills
• This role has excellent prospects for progression
