Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (7yrs PQE) is required for a highly regarded Legal 500 commercial firm based in Altrincham, Cheshire.
  
The firm is experiencing continued growth and has a number of recommendations in the Legal 500.
 
You will be joining a thriving team of 17 with an excellent reputation for providing high quality legal services, this is a low volume conveyancing role and you will be dealing with a caseload of high value residential properties (£500,000+) on both a local and national scale including complex London leasehold properties, right to buy, staircasing and estates.
   
You must be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with 7yrs PQE and will likely have a Legal 500 background. Experienced in managing a caseload of HNW clients and complex conveyancing is essential.
 
You must have strong technical knowledge of all areas of Residential Conveyancing, covering a broad range of matters and have an excellent manner with clients. You will be a client focused Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, who ideally has previous experience of working in a well regarded law firm.
