COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER – CITY OF LONDON - LAW FIRM – PERMANENT POSITION
Excellent opportunity to join a City of London law firm’s commercial property/ real estate law team. Their commercial property team is looking to recruit a specialist commercial property lawyer to work on property development matters and acquisitions of sites for development.
The role will include working on a wide range of acquisition and development matters including structuring transactions; preparing reports on title; drafting, dealing with and negotiating development agreements, option agreements, conditional contracts, leases and licences; and dealing with s106 agreements, access rights, and highways, utilities and drainage matters.
