Our Client, an established, approachable, knowledgeable firm based in the heart of Oxfordshire are seeking a Commercial Property Locum who is available immediately. The Commercial Property locum will be ready to jump into a busy caseload for a number of weeks.
This opportunity will allow the Commercial Property to manage a full caseload of commercial property matters which will include:
- Purchase and development
- Outside lenders
- Joint ventures
Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 3-5 years' PQE who can commit to various holiday cover requirements. Ideally the Locum Property Solicitor will be technically competent and able to hit the ground running.
