Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal/Fee Earner

Salary range: Up-to £20,000 (DOE)

Location: Manchester city centre

I am currently working with a full-service commercial law firm based in Manchester who are growing rapidly. Due to this continuous growth. The leading Real Estate team are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal, to join their well-renowned team. The firm prides itself on its culture and providing Paralegals with a positive, collegiate working environment as well as offering genuine scope for progression, with previous solicitors being promoted to Senior Associate

The successful candidate will benefit from close support from leading partners in this team and will be given excellent access to high quality work from the outset. You will assist on major clients in the retail, commercial and banking/lending sector and handle your own matters as well as assisting senior lawyers on complex and high value deals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified individual to join a well-established and fantastic Law Firm; with strong customer facing skills and post qualified experience of working in Commercial Property as a Paralegal

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner, with a wealth of commercial property experience which may have been amassed within a leading national or highly regarded firm;
• Experience on dealing with acquisition and disposal of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management and refinancing.
• Share the firm's ethos of providing exceptional client care;

• Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and professional approach; and
