Residential Conveyancer - On-Site Parking

One of Worcester's' most established law firms is looking to appoint a residential property practitioner to its Residential Conveyancing Team and be based at the firms' office in the heart of Worcester.

The firm is a full service practice that provides legal services to both individuals and companies within the locality and is proud to boast longstanding relationships with a host of clients that have been built up over the years.

The Residential Property Team is keen to hear from someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience of dealing with a broad remit of residential conveyancing matters to include sales and purchases, title checking, right to buy properties and new build transactions. You will join a small, friendly team and have conduct of your own caseload of matters from inception through to completion and will have the benefit of significant face to face client contact. The team are happy to speak with both qualified and non-qualified residential property practitioners who are able to demonstrate the ability to handle their own caseload with little supervision and who have a desire to provide an excellent standard of client care to a well established client base.

The firm is offering a competitive salary, a generous holiday allowance, free on-site parking and a bonus scheme and you will also be able to take advantage of extra annual leave during the office closure over the Christmas period.
