Employment Law - Senior Associate/Partner - West Sussex

Legal 500 rated firm that is highly regarded and provides services to commercial clients across the region and beyond.

They have an enviable portfolio of clients recognised internationally and continue to grow.

Currently require a Senior Employment Lawyer to work with the Head of Department and provide assistance with the leadership of the team.

The department provide the full range of employment law services including contentious and non contentious to a range of clients including; entrepreneurs, leading commercial organisations and SME's on a range of employment issues.

Within the role you will expected to deal with all aspects of employment law and provide corporate support relating to TUPE, mergers and acquisitions and deliver in-house training and seminars to client.

This role would suit a highly experienced and polished Employment Lawyer that is currently at Senior Associate or above that is able to lead by example and use their knowledge and experience to provide employment law legal services to a broad client base of mostly non-contentious matters and assist in winning new business through the delivery of a proactive marketing strategy.
