Job Details

This Top 200 law firm are seeking a Junior Law Costs Draftsman to join their strong department and deal with a mixed caseload of civil costs matters. Ideally you will need to have gained 1 - 3 years' experience of working within a claimant law costs environment for this role.

You will be dealing with costs matters that include RTA, EL/PL, CICA, Industrial Disease, Clinical Negligence and Multi-Track Personal Injury matters. You will be dealing with the negotiation and drafting on your own files as well as drafting points of dispute, costs budgets and dealing with advocacy. Prior exposure to fast track work is essential and multi track experience would be ideal as you will be dealing with £100,000+ personal injury matters.
