Position - Construction Solicitor
Construction Law/Non-Contentious/Construction Contracts/Real Estate Development/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor to join the London offices of a Commercial and Property focused law firm. The firm work with a range of clients across the UK and have seen an increase in the amount of non-contentious construction work coming into the firm. As such the firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor to join their team that can both support senior member of the team on complex transactions whilst working autonomously where required. The firm are also looking for a solicitor that has a relatively broad base of Construction experience and that has experience in working with Corporate style clients. In turn this is a great opportunity for a Solicitor that has worked in a Construction law environment to join a firm that has developed a highly regarded Construction law team and that sits on a number of recognisable UK panels. Due to the firm's reputation and the sustainable nature of growth at the firm, there are realistic opportunities for career progression and development in the Construction team.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Able to support senior members of the team and work autonomously as required.
- Broad base of non-contentious Construction law experience
- Experience working with UK Corporate clients.
