Corporate Solicitor

The firm is national and indeed has a good stretch across Europe with an interesting and diverse client base. You will work as a corporate solicitor out of the Manchester office, which for a national law firm is a relatively small team. This has its’ benefits in terms of your exposure to clients and the full cycle of the transaction, but also the opportunity to develop your corporate experience working closely with a leading partner in Manchester.

You will ideally have at least two years’ post qualification experience already gained in a regional or national law firm. The work will be, in the main, M&A, and as such you will have strong experience in this area. You will also gain exposure to joint ventures, corporate finance and general corporate work on a national and international level.
