Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a local authority to manage a small property and planning team.


The role will involve handling a commercial property caseload, as well as overseeing residential property work and planning work. The caseload of commercial property matters which will include high value and complex purchase and sales, regeneration matters and other ad hoc property matters.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of managing a team. Local Authority experience is beneficial but not essential.

The team is friendly and tight knit, making it a great place to work. Flexible working is also offered, with an opportunity to work from home once or twice a week.
