Position - Real Estate Solicitor
Real Estate/Commercial Property/Residential Development/Property Finance/Property Investment/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join the London offices of a national law firm. The firm have a well developed Commercial and Corporate team that includes a thriving Real Estate team that caters to both private and public clients. Due to an increase in the amount of work coming into the department they are now looking to bring on a Solicitor. As such the firm are looking for a Lawyer with a broad Commercial Real Estate background. The firm would also be looking for someone with broad sectoral experience that includes landlord and tenant experience. Due to the nature of the role and the size of transactions the firm covers they are also looking for a Solicitor that can primarily support Senior members of the team but work autonomously when required too. This position is a great opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to develop their career with a firm that works with a range of UK and international business and public sector organisations on work across the South of England. There are numerous opportunities to develop your skillset under the guidance of senior members of staff and with the firm's plans for sustainable growth in their Real Estate department, realistic chances of steady career progression.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad base of Real Estate experience.
- Broad base of sectoral experience.
- Able to primarily support senior staff but work autonomously as and when required.
