Family Solicitor 4+ PQE

A leading West End firm are looking to grow their Family department due to continued growth and increased workload. The cases this firm deal with are predominantly advising wealthy individuals on the financial aspects of relationship breakdown, this will often include complicated tax and trusts issues

As such you will need experience working with high value and complex cases, and be expected to manage your own caseload. The team is currently seeing sustained growth and you would get the opportunity to have a lot of client facing time and represent the firm in business development matters.

The main focus of this position will be advising on all aspects of divorce and separation and in doing so Provide clients with resolutions to financial matters by negotiation or court adjudication. Though this is the main responsibility you will also be expected to assist clients with all private law matters involving children, including disputes within families concerning children's residence and their contact with parents.
