An experienced and technically strong Data Protection Lawyer is wanted for a rewarding opportunity with a top 50 firm in London. This role will suit a Commercial Solicitor who has the drive to be successful and add value to a high-profile team and department. The salary and benefits package for this role is competitive, and a clear development path is always guaranteed.

My client is a national heavyweight practice based in the UK and overseas, and they are now looking to recruit into the specialist Data Protection team. In addition to its Commercial department, the firm is also well known for its Banking, Competition Law, Construction, Licensing, Corporate and Disputes work, and with its current numbers reaching a high level, the firm is now dubbed an exceptional City firm.

The successful Data Protection Lawyer will be providing a high-level service to the firm’s client base which will cover large corporations and also public-sector bodies. Joining as an Associate, the workload will include files ranging from implementation projects, protection policies, data transfers, and information law so experience in these areas is crucial.

A proven track record is essential for this position so applications are invited from established Data Protection Lawyers who have at least 2.5 – 4 years PQE, with a solid academic background.
