Job Details

EDisclosure Coordinator, Magic Circle Law Firm, London, Permanent (12pm-8pm shift), salary up to £45,000

Your new company
This leading international law firm is offering an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to join its London office as an eDisclosure Coordinator. The eDisclosure team supports lawyers in their efforts to provide world-leading legal advice to some of the globe's most successful businesses. The role will offer you great exposure to a number of groups within the firm, while focusing mostly on Dispute Resolution.

Your new role
You will be working the 12pm - 8pm shift within the eDisclosure team. You will work closely with senior members of the team and senior managers, providing regular update reports. There is opportunity for progression with this role, which could act as a platform to becoming a project manager, and eventually a primary coordinator.

You will have a range of responsibilities, handling everything within eDisclosure, from data collections, administering document review platforms, reporting and running searches, and raising document production. You will provide technical support to the Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Competition groups, regularly liaising with fee earners and eDisclosure vendors and thinking outside of the box to provide solutions. You will act as the primary correspondent for advice and work requests, and will create and manage project management documentation. You will also set up new cases on document review platforms and document management systems, using Axcelerate 5, DocuMatrix or Relativity. You will work on the frontline, providing technical and operational support for document review and data management platforms, troubleshooting database issues and escalating issues to eDisclosure service vendors. You will also create and QC document productions, and provide document review platform support to fee earners, including delivering user training, database searches, and reviewing progress reporting. You will manage and track incoming and outgoing data, and will encrypt and transfer data to external parties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have two years' experience working at a law firm either in a litigation support role or in a technical role. You will have very strong attention to detail, and can absorb, evaluate and summarise information quickly. You are knowledgeable about each stage of the EDRM process, preferably with experience following those stages. You are experienced using document review platforms, including Relativity, Ringtail and DocuMatrix. You can also draw on strong working relationships with colleagues in other teams, and can cope with the pressure of tight deadlines and heavy workloads.

What you'll get in return
The firm provides a range of benefits for its employees. You will receive 30 days of annual leave and can take up to 5 days' unpaid leave. You will be eligible for an interest-free season ticket loan, money purchase pension scheme and life assurance. The firm also offers subsidised gym membership, private medical insurance, a variety of entertainment benefits at London theatres & galleries, bike racks, lockers and shower rooms.
