Mid-tier firm in Leeds city centre are looking for Fee Earners, ILEXs, residential conveyancers and solicitors to join their busy department in Leeds.

The work is to handle the conveyancing process from inception to completion handling a mixed caseload of sale and purchase files as well as remortgage files. This is very much a process driven, volume environment and so previous experience in a similar type of volume driven firm would be desirable.This particular role will involve some technical residential conveyancing, SLA delivery work, and adherence to targets and KPIs, and a good level of communication skills with both other fee earners and support staff within the department. You can also expect a fair degree of client contact, both with lender referrers and also private clients.
