Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners/ ILEXs / Solicitors - LEEDS - All Levels

Mid-tier firm in Leeds city centre are looking for Fee Earners, ILEXs, residential conveyancers and solicitors to join their busy department in Leeds.

The work is to handle the conveyancing process from inception to completion handling a mixed caseload of sale and purchase files as well as remortgage files. This is very much a process driven, volume environment and so previous experience in a similar type of volume driven firm would be desirable. This particular role will involve some technical residential conveyancing, SLA delivery work, and adherence to targets and KPIs, and a good level of communication skills with both other fee earners and support staff within the department. You can also expect a fair degree of client contact, both with lender referrers and also private clients.

Full time residential conveyancing opportunities for all levels of fee earner looking to run their own caseload of sale and purchase files.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
