Enfranchisement Solicitor

The Enfranchisement team forms part of the wider Commercial Property department, with both areas having been recently recognised as outstanding in various legal directories and publications. You'll be working closely within a cohesive team, assisting the department in meeting its fee earning targets. The successful applicant will: display a sound knowledge of and have experience in enfranchisement work including service charge disputes and Tribunal applications but recognises the need to develop and learn.

Due to increased workload, they are looking to recruit an additional Enfranchisement Fee Earner to join the established team. This role will cover all aspects of enfranchisement, including collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, landlord and tenant work including tribunals, and service charge disputes.

The firm is very open on level of experience and will consider experienced paralegals through to Senior Associate Level Solicitors, who have prior experience in Enfranchisement matters. A good academic record is a must, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen desire to get involved in the development of this area of the firm.
