An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Child Law Solicitor to join a busy firm in the Lincoln area. The role will suit a solicitor with a hands on approach to their work and good children representation. Handling sensitive information, you will be acting on behalf of children and other family members with a varied caseload including: adoption proceedings; injunctions; emergency orders; international child disputes; special guardianship orders; domestic abuse proceedings and; paternity disputes. The ideal solicitor will also attend meetings and build and develop relationships with respective clients and guardians.

You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE;
You must have solid expertise in representing children and guardians;
Law Society Children Panel Membership is advantageous;
You will have experience in privately and publicly funded matters;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will be able to handle a diverse workload to meet tight deadlines.
