An attractive opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the Residential Conveyancing Department in a dynamic and growing legal practice based in Leamington Spa has just become available.
The firm is seeking an experienced individual who is organised, self-motivated and who has supervisory and management skills.

The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be expected to carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases etc. The position requires an experienced individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks ranging from working with a thriving property team, supervising more junior members of staff whilst running a residential caseload from instruction to completion. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ year's PQE.
