Post Completions Assistant
An established Legal 500 Law firm with a number of offices throughout the North West are seeking to appoint an Legal Assistant to join their Post Completions team.
In this role you will opening both an electronic and paper files upon instruction from a fee earner and be Preparing, Sending SDLT forms to the client, be dealing with every aspect of Post Completions work in regards to the Land Registry.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Conveyancing and be comfortable working Fully conversant with Post Completion matters. Additionally you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to
explain complex matters in an easy to understand manner.
Salary is dependant on experience and competitive.
