Enfranchisement Solicitor:

Leading Solicitors LLP require an experienced Solicitor to join and help to develop the Enfranchisement team within the Commercial Property Department at their head office. The successful applicant will: display a sound knowledge of and have experience in enfranchisement work including service charge disputes and Tribunal applications but recognises the need to develop and learn; will ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE; be an excellent team player and have excellent interpersonal, social and communication skills.
