Property Solicitor

Handling an existing caseload of majority high net worth residential property transactions, the successful candidates will be either qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with circa 1-3 years PQE or equivalent experience. Candidates should be personable, enthusiastic and motivated, able to work effectively in a team as well as on own initiative.

The firm have a growing regional presence and are expanding steadily so an interest in marketing the department would be beneficial.

What is important here is your ability to build rapport with estate agents in the local community and the wider general public. The success of the firm has been built on its' consistent and professional service to clients.
