An opportunity has arisen within a national firm to join their well established offices in Cumbria within the highly regarded Commercial Property department.

You will have experience managing your own caseload, dealing with general commercial property cases, sales/acquisitions, landlord/tenant, secured lending matters and advising a variety of clients including owner managed businesses and larger scale developments.

You will be tasked with developing new client relationships and ensure existing clients are maintained. You should take a proactive approach to business development and networking, developing the practice further.
