The firm has an exciting new vacancy for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing Crystal Palace, South London office.

Property is one of the largest departments firm wide, they have an outstanding reputation among clients and agents for delivering a great service and adding real value to client's transactions. They have seen a real increase in the amount of quality referrals, you will join a friendly and supportive team. They have good support for fee earners with a solid work force. You will deal with a good quality caseload consisting of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Lease extensions, Re-mortgages and transfer of equity, the caseload will also from time to time have some new builds.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will either be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX with at least two years' experience of running your own caseload (there is no upper limit on PQE as the firm has a role both at the junior and senior end)
• You should have a passion for property work
• You should have good interpersonal skills
• You should have a good eye for detail and be organised
• Salary is up to £50k depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package
