This national Top 50 firm is looking for an experienced Share Schemes or Corporate Tax Lawyer to join their Corporate Tax team. The firm is well known as being a fantastic place to work and the Manchester office is going from strength to strength.
The role will to be a Shares Scheme specialist. You will be advising clients of all sizes from large national listed companies to smaller SME's on share schemes from establishing them, and providing ongoing support and advice to users. Advice will often be given on complex share schemes during corporate transactions and takeover bids.
You will be advising on LTIPs, EMI options, benefit trusts and other tax-privileged employee share incentives.
You will be working with the wider Corporate Tax team, and a leading, highly thought of Corporate Tax Partner.
