Contracts and Procurement Lawyer
Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced contracts and procurement lawyer to join a Local Authority in Lincolnshire on a locum basis for a minimum period of 4 months.
The successful candidate will be required to carry a full caseload of Commercial Contracts and EU Procurement matters, and will be able to hit the ground running with drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts. The workload may include;
- Energy Projects
- Major outsourcing initiatives / large scale complex projects
- Joint ventures/commercial / trading projects
- Regeneration / construction projects
- IT contracts
- Social Care contracts
The ideal candidate will have prior experience gained within Local Government, however candidates with the relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
