Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor 1yr+

A fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 law firm in North Yorkshire as part of their wider Private Client and Litigation teams.

The firm are well known for their highly respected private client team and are looking for a contentious probate solicitor 1-4 yrs PQE or a solicitor with some exposure to this specialist type of work from either working in a private client or litigation team.

Somebody who is a member of ACTAPs or looking to become a member would be of particular interest.

The role will be to advise on a range of contentious private client matters including the validity of wills and lifetime transfers, administration actions, PR and Trustee disputes, proprietary estoppel actions, claims under the Inheritance Act, Trust actions, and Court of Protection disputes.

As you will be working alongside the Head of Dispute resolution there may be broader commercial litigation disputes to deal with whilst establishing a foothold in this niche area.
