Job Details
A highly regarded law firm based in Macclesfield is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property Department.
To be successful in this role ideally you will need around two years Conveyancing experience also, you must be open to training and want to improve your skill set by learning new skills. It is going to be beneficial if you have previously assisted a Conveyancer with a caseload as this is what you will be doing.
After your introductory training period you will be supporting the Head of Department with their caseload, dealing effectively with clients/introducers, Undertake OS1 and bankruptcy searches, the preparation of SDLT documentation and undertake completion day procedures.
The salary on offer is up to £18,000 dependant upon your experience the role also offers discretionary bonus (after a successful probationary period) 29 days inclusive of bank holidays annual leave (this increases with length of service) Death in service, benefit and Pension.
