The firm is seeking a Residential Development / Construction Solicitor to join their prestigious, Cobham based office.

The Residential Development team deal with lots of high-value transactions for an affluent client base. Clients include UK Organisations and individuals including developers, house builders, private investors and contractors. The team deal with matters including acquisition and disposal of development land and site set up, option agreements and building contracts.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Residential Development/Construction Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE and experience in either plot sales or conveyancing. Applications are welcome from NQ Solicitors with demonstrable practical experience of development, acquisition and disposal and experience of non-contentious construction law or a desire to obtain experience in this area.
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• You should be a dynamic candidate with a passion for property work
• You will have an interest and enthusiasm in business development
