Residential Conveyancer
A progressive business is seeking to recruit a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their legal division within their Bristol branch. You will be managing your own workload, handling sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, re-mortgages, residential property and building disputes and bridging finance.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who are able to work without supervision. For the right candidate the firm can offer flexible or part-time working.
