Corporate Lawyer - Manchester

First class law firm with a fantastic reputation are seeking a experienced corporate lawyer to join their team.

The team are one of the most successful in Europe and act on the most complex, strategic projects as well as advise on a large volume of smaller transactions.

The role will involve primarily transactional work in a range of areas covering M&A (public and private and both domestic and international cross border), joint ventures, equity capital markets and private equity. The role will also cover the full remit of corporate work including all aspects of client generation, client work and relationship management and business development.

Our client are ideally hoping to appoint a corporate lawyer who has gained at least 4 years post-qualification experience dealing with high level corporate work. The successful candidate must have excellent academics and have commercial acumen required to further existing client relationships. Affinity to the Manchester area is desired.

Market leading salary and a great opportunity for a candidate wanting to progress in their career.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
