An exciting opportunity has arisen at a Legal 500 firm based just outside of Manchester City Centre for a Plot Sales fee earner to join their highly regarded team.

Our client has a rapidly growing bespoke and high quality residential conveyancing department. Alongside the usual residential conveyancing transactions, the firm acts for a number of developer clients in assisting with plot sales transactions. Due to continued and recent client wins an opportunity has now arisen for an experienced fee earner to join the team which consists of both solicitors and legal assistants. As well as running a caseload of plot sales matters you will assist with mentoring and supervising junior staff members.

This role will suit a fee earner with around 3 years' experience of dealing with plot sales, who is approachable and able to work well in a team, as well as being commercial and decisive and able to respond quickly to client's urgent requirements.
