Your new role
You will be providing assistance to lawyers within the family department by completing the main paralegal duties. On top if this you may be required to actively progress files during the absence of the fee earner.

What you'll need to succeed
to be successfully you will need to be a law graduate or CILEX qualified with at least 6 months family law experience. You will also have experience preparing/drafting letters and documents. On top of this it is essential to have close attention to detail, be articulate, be adaptable and having effective organisational skills.
