Real Estate NQ - Leeds

Opportunity for a Real Estate NQ to join a Top 30 brand in Leeds.

Our client is a national commercial law firm offering a full range of services to large businesses, plcs, and international clients. Their real estate offering is a flagship department acting for clients nationally and so within this team a candidate will be able to get first rate exposure and in due course find opportunities to specialise in particular aspects of real estate.

This firm are receptive to applications from 2017 NQ solicitors from other firms. Ideally those candidates will be coming from recognised commercial practices so as to be comfortable working with top quality clients but regional firm candidates will be considered on their merits.

For this role in Real Estate they are wanting a candidate with minimum 6 months experience in a trainee seat, and any additional exposure as a Trainee or a paralegal will be advantageous. As you'd expect with a firm of this size their systems and resources are superb so this represents a fantastic career start for an NQ Real Estate lawyer. Candidates who are already in the local market or who are prepared to relocate will be considered on their merits.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
