Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor

I am looking to speak with Solicitors with ideally between 2-4 years' post qualified experience. You will be joining a reputable, growing team with an established case-load where you can expect to service varying Commercial and Corporate matters. The role is exciting and offers an enthusiastic, outgoing professional a unique opportunity to grow with a market-leading firm. My client is looking for proactive and ambitious individuals with strong academics.

The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will join a regarding team and manage a high-quality case load including M&A, share sales, asset purchases, shareholders agreements, corporate restructuring. There will be a real mix of matters as well as Commercial work including international agreements.The established partners have built up a solid client base ranging from SME's to household names, with the emphasis on lifetime relationships and support.

Applications are invited from Corporate Commercial Solicitors who have at least 2 years PQE and worked in a firm of similar calibre. Those that have a solid corporate background and looking to manage a wider more varied case load will also be considered. You will be a personable individual who is looking for a long-term career within a supportive and friendly environment.
