PQE / Experience: Solicitor, CILEX
Commutable from: Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Keighley, Halifax
Salary: To £60,000 (dependent upon experience) + an outstanding benefits package, to include 25 days holiday, contrib. Life assurance cover, health insurance, contrib. The company
A well established specialist family law practice with offices in Yorkshire and the North West. They comprise of an extensive team of specialist family lawyers, including those who are members of the Law Society Family and Children panels, together with Family Law Advanced and Resolution accredited specialists. Provide expert advice on all areas of family law; including divorce and separation, cohabitation, civil partnerships, financial relief, domestic violence, children matters and care proceedings.
The opportunity
This opportunity is to specialise in Children Act proceedings. The team have many years experience of handling Children matters and you will be working in a team with other Panel specialists. You will be expected to advise appropriately on matters such as residence, parental responsibility, contact, prohibited steps and care proceedings.

- Children Panel Solicitor or working towards Children Panel membership;
- Excellent client care;
- Able to work in a team as well as working independently;
- Must have experience of all aspects of Children matters.
