Highly recognised regional law firm are looking for a junior solicitor of around 0-3PQE for their corporate tax department. You will deal with a varied caseload for a broad range of clients across private, public sector and third sector parties from individuals to multi national and large sector bodies. You will provide advice on real estate tax including SDLTs, share and asset sales and acquisitions, employee share schemes etc. Also chance to work in other departments as and when required in relation to banking, EIS/SEIS, stamp duty etc. Fantastic opportunity at this level for you to really shine!
