Commercial Property Lawyer required to join an in-house organisation based in Kent on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to join a popular forward-thinking organisation who provide a dynamic working environment.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of property matters. Due to the work involved, the ideal candidate will have experience of commercial conveyancing, including leases, licenses, landlord and tenant.

Our client is particularly keen to hear from lawyers with a real interest in project work, PFI and academy conversions. Any previous experience of working within these fields would be highly desirable.

Commercial Property Lawyers from public sector and private practice backgrounds are encouraged to apply, providing they show an enthusiasm to work in-house.
