Our client one of North Wales¿ leading law firms, is looking to recruit an ambitious and tenacious solicitor to join their Matrimonial Department at its office in Rhyl.
The desired candidate will be 1 - 5 years PQE and will have trained and gained valuable experience working as a Family Law solicitor within a regional or national based firm already and therefore will be able to hit the ground running.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be working as part of a team of established and experienced lawyers who will be at hand to help and assist with your new role. The role will involve the successful candidate handling an already established but mixed caseload of private and publicly funded work to include divorce, financial relief, private and public law children matters and injunctions.
As the successful candidate, you will also be expected to participate in the firms marketing strategies and ongoing business development to help the department grow and meet its objectives.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to providing clear and comprehensive advice to clients, ensuring that the conduct of client files is in accordance with all internal, professional conduct and accounts rules and obligations, responding to all client and third party communications promptly and to progress the matter to conclusion within a reasonable time scale.
