The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Location: Brighton
Contract Type: Locum Assignment

Our highly accredited client has been established for over 100 years and is a leading legal practice on the south coast. This busy general practice are seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their team to cover a holiday. The role would suit an experienced residential conveyancer who is technically competent and available from the 14th of August for 2 weeks.

This opportunity will allow the Locum Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of matters which will include:

  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Residential tenancy agreements

Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or legal executives who have at least 5 years' experience dealing with a wide range of domestic property matters. Ideally the successful applicant will have gained experience working with case management systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join this firm on a full time locum basis.
