JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 3 years + PQE

LOCATION: Derbyshire (Commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Loughborough, Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Burton upon Trent)

SALARY: £Excellent

THE ROLE:

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will take on an existing caseload from the outset and will advise on a varied range of matters, including occupation, planning applications, lease renewals and sale and purchase claims. The team has established an exemplary reputation within the region for provide straight talking and professional legal advice relating to commercial property disputes and this role offers the chance to work with some of the leading experts within this field. This role is based at brand new offices but has the advantage of a network of support and expertise from the wider firm as a whole.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor should have gained solid experience within a commercial property department at a similar firm, and should have a broad knowledge of all areas of commercial property. The Solicitor should be confident and capable of handling their own heavy caseload and should be ready to take this on from the outset. In addition, the Commercial Property Solicitor should be comfortable in researching technical areas of law and participating in all aspects of business development.
