Position - Employment Solicitor
Employment Law/Solicitor/Lawyer/Claimant Employment/Civil Litigation/Contentious Employment/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join a North London based legal practice. The firm are a specialist within the claimant Employment law area with a Partner lead business model that generates a solid amount of work for the firm. Due to an increase in the amount of work coming into the firm, they are now looking to make a Solicitor level hire. As such the firm are looking for an individual familiar with the area of claimant Employment experience, who is ideally able to run their own caseload of files. Any proven record in either generating your own business or having a client following would be a plus. In turn this is a great opportunity for a Solicitor with a focus on claimant Employment law to join a firm of like minded legal professionals who have structured their firm's business to amplify their presence within this particular area of law. As such, there are fantastic opportunities for career progression and prospects of Directorship should key performance metric be met.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in claimant focused Employment law.
- Able to run your own caseload of files without supervision.
- Ideally, some exposure to business development, or better still a following of clients and business contacts.
