Commercial Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen within a very well-known Commercial law firm based in Cheshire for an ambitious Commercial litigation solicitor to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a determined individual to join a very well established firm with an impeccable reputation across the North West.

You will be advising a variety of clients including Major PLC's, national retail chains, local and national football clubs and authorities. The firm's areas of expertise include commercial contracts, outsourcing arrangements, management agreements, mergers, franchising, IP exploitation, sales and distribution agreements to name a few.

The team is headed up by a partner of the firm and due to recent expansion, they are in need of another Commercial professional. The firm has an excellent reputation for career progression, with the route to progress within the firm laid out.

You will be situated within a busy office within a very strong team of capable people. You must be able to work effectively as part of team and independently. You must be able to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner and be commercially aware for the business. Business development experience isn't essential, however networking activities to gain clients and further the development of the practice will be encouraged.

Ideally you will have experience at a highly regarded firm dealing with high calibre work. You will be joining an innovative law firm who have proven continued success and have been thriving over recent years.
